Terms & Conditions — SoftGeniusHub (Version 5)

Welcome. These Terms apply to purchases, downloads and use of digital products from SoftGeniusHub. If you do not accept these terms, do not use our site or purchase our products.

1. Introduction

SoftGeniusHub sells educational digital products, DFY (done-for-you) assets and rebrandable files. “Vendor”, “we” or “us” means SoftGeniusHub. “You” means any visitor, purchaser or user.

2. Educational Content Only — No Advice

All content is for educational use only. We do not provide financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. Do not interpret our materials as guarantees of income or business outcomes.

3. No Earnings Claims — Compliance Notice

FTC & Payment-Processor Compliance: We do not make earnings promises. Any example results are illustrative and not typical. Affiliates must not use unverified earnings claims or misleading testimonials.

Examples or case studies shown are educational illustrations only. You are responsible for how you implement the training and materials.

4. License & Usage

Licenses vary by product. Some downloads include Master Resell Rights (MRR) or resellable assets; check the included license PDF inside the download ZIP for permitted uses and restrictions.

Permitted uses (example)
  • Rebrand and resell where the license expressly permits.
  • Use assets for client deliverables where allowed by license.
  • Modify creatives and sales copy for your brand (license permitting).
Prohibited uses (example)
  • Claim original authorship of SoftGeniusHub intellectual property.
  • Remove required disclaimers or license references from redistributed materials.
  • Misrepresent the product as financial advice or guaranteed income.

5. Refunds & Returns

Refund terms are shown on the product checkout page. To request a refund within the allowed window, contact support with your WarriorPlus order ID. Abuse of refund privileges may result in blocked access to future products.

6. Delivery

Files are delivered via WarriorPlus download after payment. If you do not receive your download link, contact softgeniushub@softgeniushub.com with your order ID.

7. Affiliate & Promotional Rules

Affiliates must be approved prior to promoting. Affiliates must not use misleading claims, fake testimonials, or unverifiable screenshots. See the JV/affiliate pack for compliant promo examples.

8. User Responsibilities

  • Follow all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
  • Ensure promotions do not contain false or misleading information.
  • Include required disclaimers when republishing any parts of the product.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless a license states otherwise, SoftGeniusHub retains ownership of the original content. Unauthorized mass redistribution or resale is prohibited.

10. DMCA & Copyright

To submit a copyright complaint email softgeniushub@softgeniushub.com with proof of ownership and location of infringing material.

11. Limitation of Liability

SoftGeniusHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Use of our products is at your own risk.

12. No Warranties

Products are provided “as-is.” We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or future updates unless explicitly stated.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India (update as necessary). Disputes will use binding arbitration unless otherwise required by law.

14. Support

Support covers delivery and license clarification. It does not include bespoke development or guaranteed implementation help. Contact: softgeniushub@softgeniushub.com (include your order ID).

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of products after changes constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version.

16. WarriorPlus Platform

WarriorPlus is a marketplace & payment processor. WarriorPlus does not endorse the vendor. Refunds may be processed via WarriorPlus dispute channels where applicable.
